Brother I doubt that it's the brand loyalty which is prompting this behaviour. I think it's much more personal , deeply rooted in their psyche.... low slef esteem masked by anonymity results in strength that one lacks in real world. Armed with the keyboard, trying to incite anyone and everyone to respond to their mindless banter, no matter how bad this reponse might be, is simply pitiful. Like a child fishing for attention.... I don't feel angry at these people , I just feel sorry.
