15 lakh is bit steep as far as I think, you should have gone for 1.3 in this price, any ways the car looks great

Aoa. I feel strong engine braking on my Belta 1.0 L, when I lift off the foot from throttle, ON very low speed i.e 10 to 25 km. Is it normal with belta? Pls guide.

Its not normal !
Check if your brakes are constantly braking!
There's nothing like this on my belta

Brakes are OK. No constantly braking. It is just engine braking at low Rpm and low speed, and only when I lift off the foot.

It's not normal!
So , this should happen in S or B but not in D!
Very little effect may be there

get your cars air filter cleaned or replaced. happens when the air filter is clogged with dust...

Aoa. Advice requested, which engine oil is best for Belta 1.0, 65k on ODO. Previously I used Toyota Patron 10w30. What about havoline formula 10w 40

Well havoline is good in my case it returned the best fuel average. But I'm not sure if it's good cause I've heard it's semi synthetic and not best. Use total quartz 9000 if you can find the original one from some where. Or shell helix hx7. the new shell pure plus also looks really good on paper , see if you can source that in 5w30 or 10w30

Aoa. I would like to share my experience regarding engine oil. I previously used Toyota genuine Patron 10w30, and after only 2500k drive, tail Pipe became black inside. Last week I visited murree from Islamabad, and on every steep ascend, occasional smoke from tail Pipe was visible. I recently changed oil from Toyota to shell heilix hx7 5w 30, after 200km drive, now tail Pipe is quite colourless, and drive is smoother.
Moral: Don't use Toyota recommended engine oil in your belta. (comments pls)
