Salam brothers

Up for grab is my belta with the following spex

TOYOTA BELTA 2007

Engine capacity is 1300

G class version with full options

2012 import and registered with Islamabad number

FEATURES:

1. Keyless entry

2. Automatic CVT transmission

3. Airbags

4. ABS Brakes

5. Retractable side mirrors

6. Custom made good quality number plates

7. Climate control

8. Push start button

9. New sound system installed one month ago with following specifications:

a) Kenwood head unit

b) Sony speakers high watt two front and two rear

c) one amplifier under driver seat to transmit full power to four speakers

d) one amplifier under passenger seat to power Pioneer base tube located at trunk (this amp will be uninstalled later)

e) one Pioneer bass tube installed at trunk (this will be uninstalled later)

1. It gives me an average of 15+km/liter in normal driving attitude

2. Fully toyota maintained car with service record history available and can be found in glove box

3. All tokens are paid and up to date

4. Tyres Pirelli 185/65/15 manufacture date 7th week of 2014. Tyres @ Rs. 9000/- per piece installed and balanced one month ago.

Can any one knows that how to check whether the car needs transmission oil replacement or not ?

@ayyansheikh Raise the car, and open underneath pan bolt with L shaped opener a little bit. When oil starts dripling, check it's colour and smell. It should be pink and no strong burning smell. I suggest you to go to Toyotas, and get it checked. They won't charge you up its ok.

Aoa. Friends and experts please advise: MY Belta key remote has been broken/torn out and hence doesn't work. Please Guide me what to do now:
1.Get a new remote and get it programmed.
2.Get China type remote system like steelmate etc install.
3. Keep the status quo maintained, and drive the car with key manual operation.
Please advise me what to do in this regard.

option 1 is the best
option 2 is the easiest
you wont like option 3 for too long

any decent mechanic can check that.. in case if you have bought a used car.(or driven more than 50k km since last transmission oil change). get it checked & filled with genuine Toyota CVT transmission oil asap

195 will touch the body whenever you will take a uturn. 185 is the recommended tyre height at the most in my view

Aoa. I ve installed lenso project D light weight rims with 195-60-15 on my Belta 1.0 L. Experts please comment regarding real time adverse effects. Regards

My 2006 1.0 beltas engine has started getting weak.. whats the best approach (cant sale/replace it for atleast 2 years..as I will get a company car by then). now I have three options:-

1. install new Rings (car will be ok for another year before getting weak again)
2. Engine general Overhaul (car engine should live for another 3 years trouble free)
3. replace complete engine (either with 1.3/1.0 from bilal gunj i suppose)

option 2 seems better as u cant be sure of the quality of used engines from bilal gunj..
now i wish to ask if anyone here has over hauled their beltas engine & perhaps would like to share his experience afterwards & the cost if possible. thanks bros

Appreciate any/all advice / suggestion in terms of route/preparations/precautions along with any tips/trick in terms of Car.

(Belta is 2010 model 1000cc model and routine maintenance is due before the trip)

Well , go to isb in stops!
I.e At Sukkur , Multan , Lhr , Isb!
Keep speed at very max 100km/h , its a 1000cc car so...
Maintenance is most important , Dont overload the car!
Try no more then 4 people

Aoa. I travelled through motorways from Isb to Lhr and back with full load in trunk and 04 family members, ON my Belta 1.0, speed 110 to 130 and it gave 16km/l average including lahore city drive as well. Comments please. If it ok or less.
