Yup it's better to change oil at 40k-50k max because the conditions in Pak are not suitable to sustain oil that long.

Brother Huzaifa, what's the source of this Confident statement ? as i mentioned, I was told by Toyota Central... Why would someone spend money going against the Vendor advice ?

I wonder what the relation of conditions to the gear oil, i think that it's sealed inside gearbox and is never exposed to the outside conditions once sealed...

I think what he meant was that due to Road conditions, the auto-shifting happens more often. Causing more wear to the oil...

But since advise coming from Toyota in Pakistan (not Toyota Japan). I wouldn't worry too much...

No 40k is what company says (in honda) it should be same for toyota

CVT is a very sensitive transmission and requires care. At 40k HMMF (Honda multi Matic fluid) oil replacement message came on. When i searched the internet i came to know that it requires changing at 40k. For Toyota google it. Its also 40k km. 80k is for auto!

Well, I don't know what to do.. Just spoke to TCM representative to double check. He says whether it's normal Auto or CVT - their (Toyota) recommendation is to change at 80K and he said drive without worrying....

I just replaced the CVT after more than 85K... ALHAMDULILLAH, THERE'S no problem till now.... so chill

Toyota central people discouraged me when I asked them to check CVT fluid and change it if needed, according to them they only change it on owners risk as they are not expert of JDM and they will not take responsibility in case of mishap.
Regarding coolant I was advised to use distal water for slight drop in its level, no need to buy coolant.
Any Comment from PW experts?

usually all imported cars have their meter reversed back depending on their outer condtion. we dont know how much mileage they have covered in other country..so 40k or80k doesnot matter.
i think if u have bought it and want to keep it. atleast check ita quality if it seems okay then dont xhange it..i bought the car 40k mileage and when i checked it .. it felt really old and alot carbon on magnets and in filter.

Aoa. Everyone. After a long time again I m chipping in the forum please. Day before yesterday I went to Lahore from Islamabad on my Belta 78k ODO meter, and came back today. On my journey back, I felt car was a bit heavy with engine more roaring noise. And after 100kmh speed it required hard pressing of acceleration pedal. And it also consumed about 40% more fuel as compared to previous routine. At lahore I only got my air filter cleaned by putting air with pressure. Nothing else. Engine roars more noise less acceleration, with pressing hard it touches to 120kmh, and consuming more fuel. My request to gurus of Belta, please diagnose, and advise me what to do. Thanks.

Some possible reasons could be.
1) fuel. You may have refuelled your car at lahore and the fuel you got was low quality, hence less power per unit and higher consumption.
2) Wrong placement of the air filter could have a little effect too. If the filter doesn't sit properly air can escape from the sides, this can increase the engine noise and may cause increased fuel consumption.
3) Check the engine oil level. A reduction in engine oil will cause engine noise to increase and the additional friction will increase your fuel consumption.
4) could be the inclination. A little after pindi bhattian till islamabad it's almost a constant climb. (Though at first its very little, still if you carry an altitude meter it shows that you're slightly ascending)

Please help me out. I am facing an issue, car engine vibrant on idle (few vibration on P/N mode with out AC but with AC it vibrant too much) drive is prefect with or with out ac and facing no vibration on drive mode.

Probably because of dropping rpm. Please check ignition coil, spark plug and connectors and may your injectors need cleaning..

Reset the ECU and see if that helps. Disconnect the battery terminals for a few mins and then connect and drive around normally for awhile.
