What I mean to say is, don't install the spacers anywhere. Yes! Get 15'' rims and a fresh set of 15'' tires. They would increase your ground clearance and your Belta won't look like a hunchback and they wouldn't cause harm to your drive quality or to your suspension.
Don't go above the profile of 180-190/60/R15. The 1.3L's come with 185/60/R15 from the factory. If you go into the 200+ profile your ride quality and suspension is going to take some beating. The ideal size would be 185/60/R15 as it won't affect the fuel consumption much and would not mess up your drive quality and/or suspension.
Awesome ride man, you finally uploaded some pictures :P. The car looks great ma, yes I can see the dullness of the headlight. Get that Meguiar's headlight restoration kit and follow the process I told you it'll be good as new again.
