Today I received my Belta Drove it to Isb from Lahore, filled the tank with petrol worth 4,000Rs (approx 45 Ltrs), the indicator was showing Full (All Bars), it is now reduced to half and i have driven 375 Kms so far
Let's see how long it lasts.
Will the post the picx of the car once i start using it (i.e. i get my Liana Sold) and get it cleaned.
Sadly during the shipping it got 2,3 dents :S

Congratulations! Now where is our treat? Haha, just kidding. 375kms in half a tank is awesome. Even if you get around 700kms in a full tank thats quite an achievement, 700 divided by 45 = 15.5km/l which is really good mileage.

Will be waiting for pictures, any plans of getting additional stuff or anything as of yet?

That's sad, the same thing happend with the Vitz I recently imported. While it was unloading, the driver touched against something which caused a 1X1 inch dent on the rear right door. Forget that, a friends 2008 Premio's roof caved in as a pile of loaded boxes fell on top of it while unloading.

Congratulations once again, the feeling of getting a new car is just amazing that too a JDM

Only plans of getting seat covers, rest, I got too much in debts due to this car :s

there isn't any thing in our control, so we need to be happy with our luck which ever sort of it is I also do not have any plan of removing those dents since they are in very awkward places and paint is not disturbed though the damage on the rear bumper is quit hurtning :s be cause it disturbed the paint also

Yes that is true, even if you remove those dents they would cause a weird bump in the sheet metal even if you look at it from a long distance. Dry dents aren't so bad, but when the paint comes off it really hurts.

If i make a key copy will that work? And how can i get a duplicate remote?

I got belta 1.0l unregistered at 10.6 lac,but i have few Qs in mind:

1.How to find the grade of my car its 1kr engine.
2.does it come with all beige interior only?mine is black n beige combination.
3.where i can have its usb pre or lcd in peshr and in what prices?
4.it has two pieces touch so is it there or it would be done in japan, as it is fresh imported dated june 2011.
5.and let me know did i got it in fine price or not its mileage is 36k..

You got it in really good price, I imported one for my self and costed me more than 10.7Lacs w/o registration...
though it's 2007 Model, Auction Grade of 4.5 and only 14000 Driven...

No, the Belta does not come equipt with an immobilizer. You will have to get the program chip duplicated but I don't if that is possible or not.

You can get an OEM remote though, I got one for 2500rs from Optimum Motorsports here in Karachi it's original Denso. You will just have to get the key grooves made from a locksmith who knows what he is doing. Here are some pictures of the remote and the program chip.

I am suffering to get the isb registration, for that you need to have isb address on the nic or you need a person who owns a home in ISB.
You will need HIM, His Nic and a Electricity Utility Bill of his home...

There are two options, either you get that person and you will have to pay 15-17K or pay 24-25k to the agent and leave the headache to him of finding an isb resident...

I am trying for the first option first...

1. Post pictures of your Belta for us to see and check your documentation the engine number is written on the export certificate.

2. Yes, all Beltas come with beige and black interior. Only the US spec Yaris sedan comes with all black interior.

3. You will have to get the DVD/Tv/Navigation/2-din center panel in order to fit a DVD player. The prices of DVD players vary they start from 19,000 and go till 70,000.

4. A 2011 June cleared vehicle will not be considered as a 'fresh import'. You may never know, the dealer could have imported the vehicle as a 'salvaged' title and gotten it repaired here or it could have been repaired from Japan. Did you get the original auction sheet with the vehicle if you did that will tell you everything.

5. 10,60,000 for a June cleared 2006 1.0L with two repainted parts is a little high, a friend who imports cars sold a 2006 1.0L September cleared with OEM Tv/Navigation for 10,90,000 it was in original paint with no damaged/replaced parts whatsoever.

I didn't get the program chip replaced it's the original program chip that came with the car's keyless entry remote. The old remotes buttons came off so that's why I got a completely new remote.

waiting to c ur ride man...
i am feeling a weired sound from the right wheel specially while driving on a bumpy or rough road in a slow speed.
discussed it with toyota motors(though m not a great fan of toyota motors...p) to get the idea. they made a bill of around 50k plus for cmplete frnt steering rack replacement including ball joints and ends.
since then the sound is pretty low while i drive....
now tell me the kabli way to get this problem fixed.
m in lhr ryt now n searching for sm good mechanic....

murtaza the auction sheet of my vehicle was lost rather torn mistakenly, all other documents are with me. is there any way to recover it from sm where or can it be checked.

I didn't get the program chip replaced it's the original program chip that came with the car's keyless entry remote. The old remotes buttons came off so that's why I got a completely new remote.

i got my key replaced as well with same remote. its buttons also got chipped off. i got it for 500 from islamabad/pindi...
