Guys..Anyone else interested in the belta Manual. I still need to sell 2 copies in order to bring my cost price down.

I think 4-5 people had committed to share the cost of the manual but i have sold only 3 copies till now.

BTW, As Murtaza Bahi has said, it is an excellent reading and will definitely give u more insight into your belta.

Ehtisham, your car is truly clean and neat.

As for Royal Shield, I do not know WHY they say a car doesn't need to be polished or even shampooed after get the waxing done. The purpose of Royal Shield is ONLY to PROTECT the car's paint and in case of Autophile's black Corolla, he said it didn't attract dust as much and was easier to brush off.

I got my Platz done from Mr. Usman's place near the courts in Pindi back in 2009/10. When I was about to sell it less than a year later, I thought to just get the car shampooed and well, the golden color glowed even more. WHY the Royal Shield guys say it wouldn't make a difference is what makes me wonder.

I am reading this forum from last 6 months and getting a very useful information from experts, I got Belta 1.3 in June 12 after reading this and other forums at pakweels. No doubt it’s the best family car but due to its manufacturing in Japan there are some issue which we face while Driving it in Pakistan. Top of it which almost all Belta users face, self made Speed Breaker of our country. I am using Yokohama tires “195 / 60 /R15 88H” and getting a very good ground clearance even with 4 people inside. Its fuel average is 13 to 14 with AC in city and 18 plus on motorway.
I travelled twice till Kahgan Valley with 4 people along with luggage, while driving uphill with a loaded car there is no hard noise or issue and as compared to local cars Belta gave a very smooth drive with strong road grip on uphill roads.

I think we must share our good experiences here along with problems.

You may have noticed scraped paint off some corners OR deep dented bumpers/bases of cars. This has just been due to lack of parking sensors. In other words, sensors protect your vehicle's bumpers and lower ends.

i am also having a severe issue of hitting speed breakers, when 5 ppl are in the car, it hit every breaker, i m too worried about it, i m using default tyres, m planning to change them to R15 soon, i hope this will help, or i may insert spacers otherwise.
the average u r having is awesome! mine is 1.0 & i m getting 12 in city & around 16 on motorway.
i went o isb last week with 5 ppl & truck full of luguage, car;s rear was almost touching the tyres, and even touched the tyres on turns!!! i dont know what the issue can be, may be the shocks are too soft & having some issue, or i really loaded the car too much!!

can someone plz help me about it, also help required for increasing fuel average!!!

M sure not because almost everything that we have in our country comes from China. You'd be better off asking Spectra about them because he got them installed in his Spectra once.

Spacers are vot you need indeed. I had to get them in my Corolla `97 and never faced the issue again. However, I would like to clarify that it is not the tires that are touched. Those would burst or jam, to say the least. There is something else. What that is, we must find out!

my mechanic too says that spacers are required, but some guys here dont recommend that, so m confused!
actually it was tyre that touched when i turned the car too much, other wise tyres were quite close to body, but not touching, i know touching continuously would jam or burst! btw what else can be touching???

can u help about that mileage thing too, my mileage seems at lower end as compared to other beltas

Hope every bodys' belta is going great, I wanted to know if somebody has changed the panel for the CD Player (i.e. changed from the built in just CD player to the MP3 player), I want to change the old CD player, Has some body did any experiments so far?
