no u cant ,,,,,, and there is no need to do so even if possible ,,,,,,,, vehicle is almost 15 years old ,,,, condenser will be all chocked from inside ,,,,, it will be batter to replace
the condenser with brand new one.... flush all the lines from inside and replace all the O rings ,,,,,,,,,, flush the compressor with oil and fit every thing back ,,,,,,,add new oil and refrigerant by weight and your system will be ready for next 5 years or so ,,,,,,,
