yesterday all AC work has been finished and every thing is been fitted back ,,,,,,, i will not go in detail process of AC overhaul and refrigerant charging as i already share all that in another thread ,,,,,i am attaching a link of that process in description below ,,,,,,, process is same ,,,,,,,, this time i add refrigerant by weight ,,,,,, almost 470 gram ,,,,,, manual say we need 510 gram ,,,,,,,, but both low and high side gauges were normal at 470 gram ,,,,,,and at that point i thought its batter not to add more refrigerant ,,,,,, slightly low charge unit is batter then overcharge ,,,,,,,, also this time before fitting the pipe connections i purge the system with refrigerant and later add 7 ounce of ND8 oil via low side during vacuum ,,,,,,, i was so confident with the system leaks that i haven't even pressurized the system before adding refrigerant ,,,,,, a vacuum leak test was enough ,,,,, and result was as good as i was expecting ,,,,,, even batter then chill and no load on engine ,,,,,,air flow is almost more then double,,,,,,
usually this job can be done at any workshop in a day and it took me more then 20 days to finish the job ,,,,,,, at the end i am more then satisfied with this AC ,,,,,,,
