just trying to read the engine before doing any work on it ,,,,,,, it does have a starting problem when engine is hot ,,,,, some times but not all the time ,,,,,,, on cold start it need just a half crank after single heater ,,,,,, but on hot some time it behave as battery is low ,,,,,,, battery is infect low as it is more then 2.5 year old ,,,,,,,,, it could be just a worn out starter motor nose bush ,,,,,,,,, or because of injection timing ,,,,,,, i did observe black smoke from exhaust and i am dam sure nozzles popping pressure is disturbed and that can definitely effect injection timing ,,,,, another thing can be a cold starting device ,,,,, a stuck CSD plunger can advance the injection timing ,,,,, but yesterday while driving back to home i suddenly thought to check the CSD plunger position while engine is at healthy temperature ,,,,,,, i noticed it is working fine ,,,,clearly it can been seen on a hot and cold engine ,,,, valve clearance could also be a reason ,,,,,engine is lacking power ,,,,, or in worst cases it could be a worn out pump rotor and head ,,,,,any how will figure out each and every thing in a proper manner ,,,,,,, first let me collect some tools then before start working on it i will first check and measure every thing ,,,,,,
