so today i checked the fuel consumption ,,,,,before doing any work on engine i must know the fuel consumption ,,,,,, after priming the lift pump i have exact 3L diesel in can ,,,,,,, drive within city with full time AC ,,,,,, stuck in traffic for at least 5 to 7 min during first 1 L consumption,,,,,and also bumper to bumper,,,,, still i got 15.6 km/L ,,,,,,its not bad ,,,,,i search for liqui moly diesel purge but did not find any where in rwp/isl ,,,,,i plan to run the engine with liqui moly diesel purge before doing any thing ,,,,,, i am sure pump in in good shape and did not need any thing other then timing adjustment ,,,,,,

collected some hardware to make diesel nozzle tester and compression pressure gauge ,,,,,,,,,, also purchase a bench wise ,,,,,, may be the only tool missing in my garage ,,,,,,,
so today spend almost all day at machine shop and successfully fabricate all the adopters ,,,,,,
this will be used to check the compression pressure ,,,,,,,,,one nozzle will screw in place of glow plug and both will connect together via AC charging pipe ,,,,,, i have successfully done a compression test in same was on a petrol engines ,,,,,, only difference between petrol and diesel compression tester is that one screw in place of spark plug and other in place of glow plug ,,,,,, and petrol compression test need a pressure gauge not more then 300 psi and diesel need 600 psi ,,,,,,,
this will be fit on a bottle jack ,,,,,,,,gauge will be atleast 200 bar , i use 400 bar ,,,,,,, also add a no return valve because i am sure there will be some minor internal leaks inside the bottle jacks,,,,,,,, will share the complete process when assemble the unit ,,,,,,,
