next was the valve clearance and timing belts ,,,,,,,, engine was almost cold at that time ,,,,,,,, 2 out of 8 shims need replacement ,,,,,, i am attaching the readings and calculations done for new valve shims ,,,,,
timing belt show lot of wear signs ,,,,,, i think i catch it at the right time ,,,,, will replace it with original one ,,,,,,,,
also check the engine oil level ,,,,,,,, almost no oil reduction even after running 5500 km with same oil ,,,,,,
generator also removed ,,,,,,, it drop current at idle when headlights and AC is on ,,,,,,, will sort it as well ,,,,,,
this engine has clocked aver 150 K and this is its first major overhaul ,,,,,,,, so as per book this is also a right time to replace the valve seals , crank and cam shaft seals , timing belt idle pulley and timing belt tensioner ,,,,,,, but i am not replacing any one of these because i think replacing these parts with cheap chinese parts or high copy fake japanese parts is not a good option ,,,,,, so i am not replacing any one of these ,,,,,,, these original will last much much longer then those which i will replace ,,,,,,,,
