yesterday assemble the engine ,,,, started with the alternator ,,,,,,, match all the timing marks and then fit the timing belt ,,,,,,, later check the injection timing and came to know that it is already set it on 0.83mm ,,,,,, i make a 9mm spacer and place it in between CSD plunger and lever ,,,,,,,, with 9mm spacer i get plunger stroke 0.83 mm and without spacer i got 0.95 mm ,,,,,,,,this i already within specs so no need to readjust it ,,,,,,,, i check and recheck the readings 3 times and find it same ,,,,,,,valve shims also fitted back ,,,,,,, goes in very easily and works perfect ,,,,, no tappet noise ,,,,,,, starter motor become very very smooth and silent ,,,,,, engine starts on half crank ,,,,,, battery voltage also been checked ,,,,,13.91 Volt on full load ,,,,,,,,, not as strong as it should be but still it is with in specs ,,,,,,,, it must be between 13.8-14.4 Volt with full load on 2000 RPM ,,,,,,,haven't opened the injector nozzles ,,,,,already exhausted so i postpone it till next friday ,,,,,,,right axle seal is leaking oil,,,,,,,and the thing which irritates me the most is the leaky engine/gear ,,,,,,,, i will walkaway from any second hand car if it is leaking oil under the hood ,,,,,,,vehicle is grounded till i change the seal ,,,,,, and next friday will open the injector nozzles,,,,,,, that will be the last job on this vehicle ,,,,,,,
