I was quite satisfied with the quality of my Yaris I did not find any flaws or bad quality it’s definitely better then Peugeot if you generally talk about IMC at least they don’t have quality in their cars but atlas Honda is not the same they have worse quality then Toyota IMO but overall at least through my experience Local Yaris quality is superior then Peugeot

Just look at the quality of the car yourself brother stop reading that manual you can tell how the car is simply by sitting inside and experiencing it what difference does this little line make

I went twice for wheel alignment since the steering was tilting on one side.

I had to get the wheels balanced as well.

Battery also replaced with maintenance free since no flooded battery in Pakistan is leak proof. Their caps always leak.

Headlights I adjusted myself. 3S electricians don't do it properly.

But I also feel fortunate since until now I haven't found any catastrophic problem.

Indus Corolla I bought probably in 2001 had a bent radiator cap and due to this it was not holding pressure and the brand new car overheated at Kallar Kahar.

But it definitely shows the quality control at Indus. If they can't spot this obvious anomaly then "hamara Allah hi Hafiz hai."

As per rules, they are not allowed to import Indian origin parts. This is a clear violation of Law. Please don't make it a Pakistan India war.

This is a made in Pakistan car and I am sure it is not actually using any indian origitn/standard parts. But why and how they missed it in the owners manual.

No bro imported cars from official dealers like my friend got a Vitara imported zero meter from pak Suzuki and he experienced the alignment problem as well it’s not that big of a deal

Missing vent plug on 2015 hilux is a very recent example. btw I am not sharing any second hand or third hand information. These are personal experiences.

I would love to buy local vehicles if they are not over priced and have some reasonable quality control. I love Pakistan and made in Pakistan. Sacrificing my hard earned money and waiting for improvement for more than 30 years, at least give me some space to vent my frustration.

Have you noticed how powerful the horn is on new Yaris.

This horn is only part in the Indus Yaris which conforms to first world standards.

But absolutely useless in organized Pakistani traffic. lol.

We have purchased 3 brand new imported cars .

First one is.
1.Suzuki Apv in 2006

2nd Daihatsu Terios 7 seater 4×4 in 2011

3rd Suzuki Ciaz in 2017.

All these cars have fantastic Build Quality. .

Steering is Alligned with such a precision .

There is not even a slight wobble in car or wheel balancing issues.

All Door closes effortlessly no Air noise in Cabin at high speed.

While except Honda Civic 2010 (bought from Honda Fort).

And Suzuki Swift 2010 Bought from (Ali Motors jail road)

Every car we got have alignment issues ,woobling issues and even air noise issues.

1.Corolla 1.6 At we bought brand new in 2012. Has tiltes steering ,tyres were not Balanced , Air Comes in Cabin at speed above 130km/hr from side doors.

1. Toyota Yaris we bought on 4 june from Hn motors has tilted steering and wooble at 60km/hr then dissappers and occurs again at 120km/hr and didnt go away because the tyres were faulty . its doors needs a lot of force to get closed .mostly guests needs to cloose doors 2-3 times with increasing force to close doors . Very embaracing situation.

Speaking of alignment,

Rhd Cars will drift to left over about half km distance if you let go of the steering wheel, this is opposite on lhd cars, its done to account for road crown. This can be seen as different caster angle on the wheels.
