If Honda is in senses and can bring in Honda City Hybrid labeling as the first Hybrid Sedan (with a decent price tag) that would be more appropriate making middle class shift to hybrids and fuel saving.

Honda introduced the City eHEV sedan in all markets one year back. Costs a pricey 2 million in India. Even in a simple conversion to Pak rupee it is still a car to aspire for. Good observation.

We already have reconditioned Japanese Honda Grace and Freed / Spike running in on similar tech which should be a easy swap for Honda Pakistan.

But we are a status quo 🤷‍♂️

Corolla Axio Hybrid was a super hit along side Toyota Aqua/ Prius C but Prices have sky rocketed.

PS : Our petrol variant costs what your eHEV costs and still 1 generation behind 🤣

Sir some people said that it's not as cramped in space as highlighted but since there are official measurements and videos it cannot be denied. IMC is trying too hard to create a deal. Sir koi bhi crossover lay ayain.. cross le jain.. grande dein le jain... The only point is its price is similar to other cars if we compare in Asian markets, with some downgrades like TSS, 18 wheels, and also it's not FL. If they stick to the same price for 6-7 months, it surely can sell well. but the Pakistani market is created with a supply and-demand situation.

My friend tried to check 0-100 and recorded his interview but they didn't publish and asked them not to record anything. He liked the cabin insulation. Looking forward to some good review

Went with the intention of booking, but rear seat is quite cramped as a lot of people have mentioned.

Indus is trying too hard because nothing is selling at the moment. People are not buying anything FULL STOP.
So it's whether cross or any other car nothing is selling.
Vehicle is good and I can see a next Corolla in form cross . After a year or two you will see more cross than Sportage,civics or Tucson's.

Rear seats are absolutely horrible. Very very cramped. A huge deal breaker

Yes overall situation is bad. Let's see after a year or too we may have new sportage or Tuscon. If that happens, Indus will find it hard to sell a non facelifted model since there will more hybrids.

Nabeel bhai rear of stonic is 1 inch bigger in legroom. Cross has better space for font occupants though. In Pakistan, a car is sold in the 1st phase to get its market share, once lost it's hard to get back. KIA for example is not selling cars by offering exchange deals as of today, because they have already sold enough. Jamali Sb surely didn't read the situation well for now. The moment few investors get loss on their investment, they will divide the market.

Don't forget, there is no brake hold since there is no ebrake. Mileage is the biggest benefit as i see it as of today.

Every review I have seen of this before, its slow. And reviewers are ok with this fact because fuel efficency is the biggest and I believe the only main selling point. TSS i think is a missed opportunity to add least ad some value to an otherwise bland offering. Maybe they might bring the GRS version here later with more add ons.

Hard to predict as it's too early should be equal to Haval. The segment they have hit is too limited actually.

It's not a failure, it will sell.

Indus motors 1800cc Corolla is on panel sales of companies.

Companies exporting to Europe need standardizations of being green they will buy these cars specially with indus motors sales and after sales service networks.

Just like banks jisko audi dete they aaj b audi hee deite hain. CIVIC Xi and Sonata didn't change anything.

Corolla Cross will take over Corolla sedans fixed sales.

The younger generation on the other hand is ready to switch.

PS : Talking about justified price, Na 30 lack Alto justified hai, na 76 ki Corolla justified hai. So yes prices are crazy in Pakistan.

e brake and brakehold indeed are a major miss. I really like those features in my civic. Wonder why the skipped it when its present in JDM and USDM spec. Its 2024 now with stiff competition not 2014 when indus launched barebones grande with manual AC and no immobilizer.

They really are desperate indeed. I get calls from three different numbers and now they are calling for test drives. Program tu warr gaya hai.

Definitely a fancier and slightly more expensive option, but not a direct competitor. That's the vehicle to go for, in 11-12 million bracket.

features wise and quality wise civic doesnt justify the price whereas cross has much better features,tech but less interior space.. yes cross is hybrid but less interior space is concern for many buyers.
