Low ground clearance is actually a good thing but we can't enjoy it.

I will share a video soon. Civic has less clearance and i will install lowering inshaAllah too because i like lowered stance but it will not be trouble free then. Since it has multilink the bounce is independent on wheels and never touched. Also civic has seriously packed under carriage. If someone has seen it its very smartly made. Corolla always touched on bounce which is easier to get and basically its exhaust tocuhes. I m sure if we ever get 12th gen it will have civic type clearance without trouble.

True basically the ramp design is different than speed breakers. My ramp had a design issue and adjusted wrt to Sonata and now all others are fine. Longer wheelbase , more chances of scraping

Well u can easily enjoy unless u drive in swat or south punjab wahan kay liye bnda kuch aur manage ker lai. Ucchi gaddi ruins the fun part as well…

In most markets, Toyota introduced the Corolla Cross as a replacement for the C-HR, but IMC has somehow managed to make it a downgrade over an old C-HR.

From the discussion here, it seems like the PKDM version is a little too compromised, so does it make more sense to go for the JDM version of the Corolla Cross, or is it just better to save a bit of money and get the H6 HEV instead at that point?

If you want more space, power, features, then go for H6 HEV.
Choose Cross if you want reliability, resale (depends if it succeeds), big dealership network

That can't be right. PKDM doesn't have Adaptive Cruise, Lane Tracing, Safety Sense, e-Brake / Auto Hold, Heated / Ventilated Seats, Auto High Beam, Multilink rear suspension, 18" wheels, and a few other things. It seems like a really crippled version.

Thai also had no acc and cross never got multi link in 1.8 variants. It’s similar to thai cbu. 17 wheels etc.
Pakistan imported the crippled cbu basically and pkdm is exactly based on that

Which is why I was comparing with JDM import version, not the Thai CBU ones we got before. Had the option of getting the JDM model for roughly PKR 14,000,000 last April but wanted to wait and see if the local version could bring the same features for a lower price.

Unfortunately, the model IMC launched would be a downgrade for even my current car in terms of features so I'm not considering it at all.

Brother this car has KILLED the resale of jdm imported cross (there are veryyy few anyways) , no one is buying that car over a local produced zero meter with warranty car, with such a big price difference.
Fresh import hybrids like Vezel , Prius , Chr got affected badly
