I did this naive comparison between the cross and h6 hev.
I've considered h6 and cross equal except for the price.
Equal in terms of pros and cons of both excluding price.

H6 hev costs 2m more and that would buy about 7250 liters of fuel at 275rs/l (if you don't use hi-octane).
If both cars average about 18km/l
Cross can run about 130,000km for the extra price.
H6 will lose its resale value more than corolla cross.

Also keep in mind the extra cost of maintaining h6

Cross is high value to money car at this price.

Don't mind my naive comparison it's just for the fact that one can think of it like this.

No one knows the future. Haval is going pretty strong world wide so it might keep up with cross in Pakistan.

I kept H6 HEV.. Recently bought Cross.. The main difference is hybrid system.. TOYOTA is way forward in its Hybrid technology.. In terms of Size, features H6 is superior

Comparison between H6 and Cross is incorrect. It's like comparing Yaris with Corolla because they are not from the same segment. The right comparison is Toyota RAV4 and Haval H6.

Yes but we don't have rav4. In pakistan we compare available options only in a certain price bracket.

Bro he bought twitter for 46b and now it's value is 19b anyways, apart from being chinese and new in market, haval h6 hev is a very good vehicle. Cross is also relatively new in pakistan.
No one can tell about their success in future.
I hope both of these do well in their price range.
I hope this country goes in a better direction and these cars become less pricey.

I liked haval h6, if haval had logo of honda i would buy it, i know for a fact that pakistan market wont accept it in masses unless it cost 30-40% less then toyotA/honda which it probably wont

Anyone with disposable 12 mil shall get haval
Anyone who dont want a 12 mil deadweight shall get toyota or honda as they already do
Also quality will be known in couple years of haval and it can end up as MG
For a middle class/middle upper class pakistani like me, what i think first is of resale incase i need money or to change car and if someone want to bash for it so be it

I agree. Watchful people wouldn't dare buy anything else except suzuki honda or toyota in pakistan.
For new comers, price should be a lot less than competition
