Not really. Its not only about cabin being silentZ its about maintaining the audio quality. I have an upgraded audio setup and to enjoy the quality, proper dampening is absolutely important. Its only when u keep a car with dampening, u feel the difference.

Mileage is pretty much same but yes even with woofer, nothing rattles

Its about personal preference. For some android unit is good enough but for some Android unit is worth throwing out

Is it normal that your car lose some coolant (even a new car) while going through hights, uphills "continous Charhae".?
Actually my new Altis 1.6 did that after coming from babusar & skardu.

In city i had same thing the some coolant used to reduce. In grande so far in 3 years, its not reduced. I think u can top up a little not an issue

Change brake oil every 40k kms.. Level wont go down even in 10years if there is no leakage & brake pads are changed regularly but that doesn't mean to carry on with same brake oil..

I have installed daewoo battery in Altis yesterday. car is just 8 months old, it’s genuine acid battery AGS was creating lot of carbon on terminals… In last 3 weeks i had clean those terminals more than 4 times and applied grease but atlast opted for dry battery.

For starter pack try WD 40 silicone wala… agr is sy kam na chla then u can take next step.. i had these noises in winters season … in winters these noises comes from rubbers and hinges of doors… summers me abi tk koi noise nai ai…

I travelled to Hyderabad via sukkur motorway from bahawalpur. Mostly driven on 120km/h, in between sometimes it’s 150 or 140, overall average i got 15 coz most of the time speed was 120km/h … @110km/h Altis easily gives you 15.5-16 , but you can travel on highway at this speed, on motorway 110 feels so slow..

Pioneer or any good brand never makes android units. They have support for android auto and apple carplay. Android units are just crap. Android auto and carplay is just more practical speedy and awesome

Red and silver tin comes only in 0-20 here. 5w-30 comes in black tin and is not the oil to buy . Taglon 5w-50’is also idemitsu blended

Upto what reading (Odo), 5w30 grade is ok in Altis?
I have made up mind that i will change that grade to 10w30 or 10w40 after 50,000 odo.

You can safely use 5w30 way past 100,000 km until and unless your engine start reducing oil.

U can keep same grade till 200k kms tbh. Grade change is not even required.

This manual is same in few other countries as well. Toyota has no advantage in selling 5w-50 vs 5w-30. Corolla is a work horse in Pakistan specially so imc plays accordingly. Secondly in Australia manual is similar. 5w-30 is a bery versatile grade and can be used with confidence. Other than US, 0w-20 is not recommended for corolla in most asia pacific countries. 5w-30 suits this engine very well. Fuel economy alone is not the only thing and every manual states the extreme conditions as well :). Corolla is the most long lasting sedan here even if u put 20w-50 at-least on timely basis. 5w-30 is great, brand is your choice. 5w-50 worls great as well
