I bought both side calipers for 3000.

Pistons are working fine now but not retracting.

the picture has the answer built-in.
the piston seal is kaput

but i changed with new one and problem is still there.

you purcased from scrapyard ? why would they be working good either ? - did you used WD-40 silicon spray when installing the clippers / pads & shims ?

Can we use silicon spray in power window channels?

in power window channels use boric powder ( caroom board wala )
in power window mechanism yes WD40 silicone spray is good

At shop i physically checked couple of calipers. I picked the best ones. Checked pins polish and free play. Both were good as brand new. As it was DIY at home, i didn't had any high temperature grease. So i used Protek blue lube. Now checked twice pins movement and bled again whole system. Pistons are also fine. I can easily retract them with screwdriver trick as i don't have any special tools. Only brake booster left now. Will check if pressure can be adjusted(at workshop).

For obd scanner to work, the engine should be started or not? Connection is failing with ecu.

Issue Resolved. It was bent caliper pin. Due to which caliper could not move back if stuck at specific point.
Only way to check pins is to remove the pads and move the caliper back and forth. If its not moving smoothly then change the pins.
