Back in 2007 my friend bought a 2.0D Saloon -- I drove it to Mubarak Village along with Pakwheeler. I was informed the suspension for 2.0D is different from all the corollas of this shape, plus there is added weight to its frame to balance the car to its engine weight and power at front. Not sure how true is this.
But if its true, then its a risky call to spent the money on petrol conversion.
