Spark plugs genuine hain???
I asked for original Denso.
From where you purchased???
I am also thinking to replace spark plugs but a bit confused in selecting the type, originally my car came with copper plugs Denso K16RU11 but I am thinking to install iridium ones that came in USA model SK16R11. But main issue is availability of genuine ones. Do you have any idea about Japan Autos in Plaza or any other reputable parts store
Shop next to Khan Motors DHA, Denso K16R are installed today,,, but I have a WhatsApp contact in plaza you can reach him for a price quote.

Do you think Iridium plags will benefit??
I will say they are helpful for tunned-up / soopped up cars or cars running on CNG
I got a reply from Yahya Denso SK16R11. Rupees 1880, and thiland Denso rupees 1750.
MAF is in really bad state. Every tiny detail makes huge difference. Recently i posted about alternator repair. Rotor was burnt and electrician told me that stator coil is also not in good shape. I ignored his advise. Now current is not up to mark. Car is losing power when at normal operating temperature. Headlights are yellowish. Now i am searching kabuli alternator from fresh nose cut.
Also check fuel filter and use genuine air filter. It should not give less than 10km/l.
Thank you for your advise, hope I get a better mileage now
Boys were busy at the mechanic shop, they said Corolla fuel filter is in the fuel tank and they will check it at next visit. Air Filter Currently the same old one is good to go, will keep one handy for replacement.
I use to think fuel filter hangs around the fuel tank like my Ex-Cultus
Yes fuel filter should be changed it will definitely improve pick and fuel economy too.
Do not open fuel filter. U'll regret it later.A simple pressure test can reveal if it needs to be replaced.
this is a common misconception...to mave the bdy of car having same weight, bigger engine will require lesser RPM hence it will be more fuel efficitn.. smaller engine will go thru more stress and higher RPM needed to drag the heavy body with AC also sucking up the power from engine...result BAD fuel economy...
next time, kindly use electrical contact cleaner for clean MAP, the carb cleaner leaves residue and attract lots of dirt after wards...
iridium plugs are really long life....means u dont need to bother about cleaning them from time to time or changing them every 20k kms...also i think they could be efficient is making uniform spark consistently just because of sharp tip,,,i got denso iridium plugs and its been years since.....
shukar hia i am not alone getting this average on my dumba lol
Drag part is correct but we hardly require the bigger engine power in our daily use, hence the bigger engines without CVT remain in doubt for me.

Well Explained. Iridum ones are for 1850 will follow up in the next visit.
Regret ? Pressure test .. how it's done?
