Sir I replaced both these.The right one is pcv valve grommet if this damaged then it can create a vacuum leak and will cause unstable idle and loss of power.

Well my father told me car,s pick is reduced and giving louder sound than usual.He took it to mechanic he said "ustad peelag shaat hai". Changed the plug issue got resolved.I thought I should add this if anyone else founds issue in his car.

I think my car,s engine has oil leakage as the place of dipstick is covered with oil.And driver side of engine is covered with oil.Also the control arm of that side is covered with oil.
I see that dipstick also shows less oil than full mark as it was changed like 500 kms before.

I think it's the pulley seal leaking as I have experienced with alto k6a engine.It also had leak from this side.

How are you?
First be sure from where it's getting leak.
Seal is not expensive whereas opening up the crank pulley is just a hassle. And bolt also need to be torqued and replaced if mention in service manual. Thread locker should be used.
If it's seal then you will see a lot of oil+dust on the timing cover behind the pulley. Share more pictures if you can.
Dipstick seal can also leak.

I will get it checked by mechanic.
I also experienced this type of leak in alto.It wasn't a big issue to replace.It was of this pulley seal.Due to this leak the control arm is also covered with oil.
Regarding dipstick seal I didn't knew it also has seal I will also get it checked.

I am sure because when I checked it's color it was yellow wheras steering oil is red and engine oil also shows a little low than full mark
