Whats your opinion on the geolanders?
I have them on my vigo. They have excellent performance, traction (dry, wet, sand/off road), and are not hard on oaved roads, infact quite comfortable. But they do have high road noise in my experience. Also, they are higher than other tires, and I had to get my vigo a 1.5" lift to avoid them rubbing the front bumper and mud flaps.
I see you have them in probably 285. Do they clear the wheel well? Or do you notice any rubbing?
So would you opt for them again? Or choose something else?

Well.......my experience is almost exactly how you've put it......I found these much grippier than factory fitted Dunlops.......I find the vehicle is much more balanced........had went through hard braking a few times (on GT Road)......and it felt fairly safe while doing that........and yes....the only downside that I can think of is road noise level.......this definitely increased to a noticeable level.......I haven't faced any issue with these being higher than factory fitted ones.......

If I can't find a good set of BF Goodrich.....then I will buy Geolanders once again

Yeah to add on to the comfortability factor i jave heard people saying is is not comfortable for long rides especially the second row.. can u ease comment on that. Buraaiaan tou aisi suni hain jese corolla sai bhi buri ho .. please do share ur experience

Not sure of the PK variant, but the Australian variant is often criticised for this...the suspension is much harder and more jumpy than a sedan, and on bad roads the comfort level in the Fortuner isn't outstanding. At the end of the day, it isn't an urban tourer SUV, it's an offroader/towing rig based on the Hilux.

Help!
I just chipped a part of the sidestep while offroading.
There is no problem with the body but the rubber coating of side step on top seems to be chipped.
Should I replace it or repair it(by welding)
And if it can be replaced by Toyota motors pls tell me and the Price as well.
Pls reply as quick as possible.

That is why you use rock-sliders. Side-steps are not meant for trail bashing. Anyways, the top cover is replacable but just have it melted straight if you're gonna trash it again.

Thinking of replacement of Fortuner with this LCP. Enticed with the idea as I pocket a whole lot of cash in the exchange LOL. Plus the suspension is some light-years more comfortable. Got some new lamps for it and 120-series wheels.

Yep. Fortuner sold with 3500kms. Took a 300km trip on the 90 and I was sold. I have a 150 but never kept a 90. Factors that led to purchase were the 1KZ-TE, seating position, lumbar support, windscreen inclination, beautiful two-tone styling, straight body-panels, owner is a friend etc.
As for the Fortuner, it is great for people who have never driven a 70-series or the likes (There is a reason why it is still in production).

Good time to sell the fortuner I believe. In my opinion, the demand will vane pretty soon. One can get fortuner in under 2 months booking, and if bargained properly, ready delivery without any premium. It is a much better vehicle than the previous gen fortuner, but sales story might end up being similar.

TLC is a proper luxury suv which can do justice on highway and of-road at the same time, on the other hand fortuner is only a 7 seater pick up truck which is only good for towing, short trips and light of road.

I personally believe now that after these price hikes the fortuner has suffered badly.
There is no own on both variants and both are available in 1-2 month booking time.
Price of diesel variant is too much now.
