I used to keep a small slice of medium hard foam in my Grande. Concealed in a black cover. It used to work very well and i could pull in one go from Quetta to Rawalpindi.
Now I've made a similar arrangement for Fortuner as well.

I think you will understand the uncomfortable part when you sit on the back seats, the front seats are decent , fortuners suspension is very stiff.
Its takes medium to big bumps very well , its the small bumps and uneven roads that you can feel in your whole body when you are sitting in the back seat, that's what I have experienced in my 1000 km

I am not expecting a plush ride when I'm willingly buying a Hilux based, ladder frame SUV, with a rigid rear axle.
Still, the suspension has been softened than pre FL.

Nope. No improvement in suspension of Fortuner.

However, Hilux Facelift has improvement in suspension system. The mounts have been improved, the dampers have been improved, etc to give better comfort.

Respected Members, If anyone is shifting from pre facelift to facelift fortuner (Sigma 4 specifically) kindly enlighten me with the experience and how's the revamped 1GD engine + other little goodies, is it worth it to change from pre facelift to facelift Sigma 4 as im planning to do so. It is worth it. The engine noise has greatly reduced, the engine response is much quicker - feels as light as a sedan while driving.

But since you already have a sigma 4, wait till next year for the Legender.

i have booked FL Revo and hoping to get it by Aug, was thinking to book FL fortuner but i m hearing Legender Fortuner is also coming by end of this year should i wait for the Legender Fortuner or book the FL fortuner sigma?

I may like to suggest that Legender is not worth the wait. Its only a cosmetically different car. Besides, its launch is not confirmed, only tentative. You can always get an aftermarket kit and upgrade your FL to Legender, whenever u want.
