The jerk is due to the torque converter clutch being applied after initial creep movement - once the car gets a bit older and the engine mounts dont control as new - this is felt harder, The "jhatka" of deapplication of that clutch is also felt quite a bit when you release the throttle at low speed.
210F is normal temperature for CVT after driving - its maintained between 90-104C by the cooler sandwich, There is an additional cooling package for this car in global market - that cooler has two more lines to connect to an external air/oil cooler - but its not sold in Pakistan.
