Assalamoalikum! So, guys I've got my hands on a 1994 Toyota Surf, it has a 1kz with auto transmission. It's in good condition but still there are a lot of small things that needs fixing. I'll keep updating the forum with the progress. Any suggestions from you guys are more than welcome.

Yes aziz bhai this one is in really good condition, but still as it's a 27 years old machine there are alot of small small things that needs attention.

His batteries were not in good condition so I replaced those batteries with new maintenance free 85 Ah Daewoo batteries.

Engine bay needed some serious cleaning. So, I did it myself with a degreaser and toothbrush. Now, this is how it looks. Masha'allah!

Took him to a diesel laboratory and the guy told me that everything is fine, Alhamdulillah! So, i got it's nozzles serviced.

You are asking about diesel laboratory? I got its nozzles done from Asif shah, his laboratory is in green town.

Got it's AC serviced completely and that condenser filter and fan is also replaced. Its much better now, but I'm still not satisfied with it. Any suggestion is more than welcome.

this vehicle should be running with a shroud & clutched fan not electric fans. ? right @syncview @hassan1991 @babarhyd @Xulfiqar

It has a viscous fan, not the electric fan. Shroud can be seen in engine bay pic (post # 9). Hopefully, no alteration has been done to it.

The electric fan seen in post # 16 is for a/c Condenser. This is not standard in these models. But people fit these from other vehicles. This one is most likely from the 80 series LC.

The electric is a helper fan, but i can bet the fan clutch would not be behaving like it should as it with most trucks in Pk

Bro this electric fan is for condenser.
