Radiator doesn’t look in good shape and also Honda cap is being used. Where you have spent so much for engine I’d say get a brand new radiator and brand new denso cap also replace these lousy hoses with genuine clamps.

Unfortunately your electrician didn't performed his job well.

He didn't even connected the CEL in the speedo, which is a matter of 1 wire, literally 1 wire. This shows his incompetency.

These vacuum lines are for AC idle-up solenoid. Get all the vacuum pipes connected properly

I hope he would have wired the fuel pump properly with fuel pump relay i.e. fuel pump goes off after 3 or 5 seconds, when you switch ON the ignition.

Here is the pic of the engine. Please comment on the air filter box, it does not seem to be in its right place and one of the screw hole is broken and doesn't seem to fit anywhere.

@humayun.chughtai.7 is right he didnt install/connect the relay to disconnect the fuel pump as there is a continuous beep kinda noise when I switch ON.

So today I ll get the

1. AC working iA,

2. get the check engine light running,

3. Fuel pump relay installed/connected

4. The RPM issue fixed

5. get AC idle-up solenoid/FICD (I am assuming they are the same) connected to these pipes.

I mean where was the problem.

And what about alternator ? did u got it replaced or what ?

Get the kabuli accelerator cable of jdm corolla, its shorter in length & fits in properly.

This one is actually for 2e engine.

This eaxhaust manifold temperature warning light is getting ground from somewhere, thats why its lighted up, ask the electrician to check ...

Btw what is the status of Auto Fan & T-stat valve ?

And did your electeician connected the Oxygen sensor propeely ?

ECU's of these A series engine are very very dumb, many times it doesnt throw a check light, even when things are not right, so one should check manually that all sensors are connected properly.

Fuel pump relay installed/connected

Get the fuel pump properly connected through a relay asap, otherwise tour fuel pump will get fried very soon.

I hope your electrician would have placed the fuel pump properly instead of getting it hanged in the tank.

After sorting out all these issues, get a fuel filter installed, you can find info about it in my thread.

seems like the wiring harness of the alternator is broken, get it replaced.

And where is this single naked wire going/coming from ?

I am unable to spot the O2 sensor in this pic, may be because of picture angle.

Bro RPM issue was reaolved by changing the ECU, he said choke is not stopping in the old ECU but he brought one of 4A so I asked to arrange 5A till next day when I come back. They also cleaned this thing, i guess its idle air controller.

The generator was replaced, previous one had pully bearing issue.

Yup this I talked to him about, I ll have to purchase it seperately, it wasn't in the deal. (Goes into list of things to check before buying an engine)

We checked it by letting the temperature of engine go to middle and the Fan turned on. So i guess its working properly.

He did show me the 21 error code. I guess its intalled in the start of exhaust pipe? I ll check it physically myself.
