yes that's single wire o2, your engine seems to be 2rd gen which came with 4 wire o2.

Never. Too expensive. And not only 5afe, other AFE and EFE series as well.

In most cases these engines are high mileage ones and getting one in clean condition and with good compression is rare thing. Whereas newer ones NZ or ZR series engines are available in less price than AFE engines and are generally clean and less driven.

seems like oxygen sensor is not connected properly ... thats why its throwing code 21.

Bhai I never saw 2nd gen 5a with 4 wire oxygen sensor, it came in 3rd gen engines.

Probably his car's o2 sensor is bad or wiring not done correctly.

bhai different regions have different ecus and sensors are according to that. there's also 2 wire o2 sensor came in these engine. engine he have seems to be of ae100 generation.

yes exactly, it's better to invest on newer generation then these old engines which are already being scrapped or thrown away.

Did all the AC and radiator work. Now there is blue smoke coming out on high RPM. Going tomorrow again to get it checked.

Another person told me that 10w30 is only for brand new engines so I am doubtful if that is is the issue or maybe there is a big trouble ahead. Its such a gamble to replace an engine.

Sir you have engine purchasing raseed and did seller mentioned engine warranty on it? If blue smoke is coming it indicates engine is worn down. I’d advise to get its compression test from @rozzzzz Motor Maniacs G-12 kashmir highway. If its lower than 160 psi across all cylinders ask the seller to provide you another engine. And 10W30 is not thin oil, people are running 5W30 also. You got this in 140k and now it has started to smoke, imagine condition after 6 months.
