If it has both metal ignition keys, black door handles, no wheel caps with steel rims of silver color then its v. If it has an ignition key with lock and unlock remote buttons, body color door handles and full size wheel caps with black rims then its x. These are the only two variants with cut seats
KGC30-0116614. Thanks in advance.
This is what i have. Is it XL ? XV ? I have found Passo X without rear wipers.
As per above chassis number, the vehicle details are as under:
Make: JapanYear: 05/2012Make: ToyotaModel: PassoFrame: KGC30Grade: X , X typeEngine: 1KRFe - 1000 cc, 12-valve DOHC, EFIColor code: W09Trim code: FG40
So it is simple X.
I am not aware of Passo trim levels, I have given u all the details I found under the chassis number. Rest u can confirm. Yes, it seems simple 'X', if that is the case.
The rear wiper is a bit confusing but the previous owner in japan might have got it installed as an option. Its just like a lot of them get the nav installed.
Your assessment seems to be quite logical.
Fellows, plz advice me
Which tire size to go for on genuine 13inch rims
175 or 185
And which brand?
i dont think we can put 185' i have yokohama ecos es300 175/65/14, bought used ones when i exchanged the size 13 steel wheels. They are good. I have used michelin xm2 and yokohama advan db as well and found both of them good. There are lots of options, i guess selection also depends on budget
I have Dunlop 185/70/13 in my Passo 2011
Do these tires touch wheel well/the inside of the fender?
in Normal driving, they never touch anything.
But when 5 persons are in car, and if we move fast on some bump, then yes it touches the inside of the fender. (wall of tyre touches)
Isnt that very dangerous ?
It is not dangerous but obviously it will make little marks on inside of fender and on tire
Better to be safe then to be worry
recently i am told there is ECU upgrade available, and after that passo will function will be upgraded from 5-speed to 7-speed. also it will result in further optimization in fuel consumption. this will be only software upgrade, and no hardware changes will be done.is it true? is it trustworthy?
I have searched it on google, new news of it anywhere.
yes brother, i also searched a lot on google but didnt find anything. just a general comment that ecu tuning and upgrades are good (just like upgrading computers) and it enhances the performance (fuel economy etc) .. but this particular info is not mentioned anywhere.
Yea ecu upgrade is true but mostly it is for performance cars and bikes like Ferrari or Yamaha r1
Never heard it for normal entry level cars
