You can use 5W40 with out any issues, but then again the fuel consumption will increase. The oil pump will experience extra load due to greater viscosity oil causing increase in fuel consumption.

My Passo 2013 is hitting speed breakers. I am thinking to increase the height. What is best solution? Install spacer on all 4 tires or change spring suspension on back side only. If spacer are to be installed then 1 inch or 2 inches are ok?

Get some bigger tyres instead of using spacers or messing with suspension.
though bigger tyres will also affect suspension, but not that much extent.

Has anyone tried to tighten the serpentine belt ? There seems to be an adjuster near the generator, or is it for changing the belt? Model 2011

After advertising my cars fuel consumption here which was 17km/l with ac. Suddenly it has been dropped around 14km/l and now the ac is off, Zic was giving very good results at start but after 2500km oil colour has been changed(Oil is original). I'll surely go for LM 5w30 next time. Zic is less in price but doesnt last longer as compared to LM.
Tell me what can be the issue of more fuel consumption even Ac is off?
One more Query. I feel smell while I start car in morning from exhaust. There was no smell in summers.? engine takes 5 mins to heatup.

I have installed spacers on both rear springs. Although they were of 1 inch only the car height has increased by 2 inches from back. Hoping not hit anything again.
P. S. When driving singly or only 2 persons sitting at front the headlights seem be to be downwards even at 0 mark. But when anyone sits at rear seat, it is normal again....
