Mechanic fully tightened the belt. A mechanic told me that it is of bigger size put one size small. Because after 30 mins of idling when belt gets heat up it makes sound “chur chur”. I need to know the right size of this model.

How does that relate to the standard tyre pressure unit being used at tyre shops. Is that kpsi or bar ??

Did some searching. The unit used at tyre shops is lb/in2

The first row in the sticker means 36lb/in2 in stock size tyres.
Now the second row is still to be understood

The second row is tire pressure in kilo pascals for spare wheel (OEM) which came with the vehicle. Convert this to ibs/in2 from the conversion calculator on google.

As per your door sticker:

For tire size 165/65R14 (these are the 4 road tires) 250 kPa{2.5Kgf/cm2} = 36.2lbs/in2
For tire size T115/70D14 (this is the spare space saver tire) 420kPa {4.2Kgf/cm2} = 60.9lbs/in2

Above are 100% correct, however from personal experience, running 36 lbs/in2 in the road tires leads to a rough ride and as @tintin1 said keep it at 30 lbs/in2.
