Aoa friends I have recently win a bid of passo which I came to know later that it is 4wd.now 2015 model is coming to Pakistan...can anybody who have experience can tel me that what economy I will get from that car and some body told me to change it to 2wd.will it benefit me.car is 33000 km driven and in light blue passo X
Ws. 4WD passo is not much fuel efficient. I am using 4WD passo and get around 10.5 to 11.5 with AC. So mileage is not that much impressive.I would suggest to please avoid 4WD passo.Secondly, i have done experimentation by removing its shaft, but it does not serve the purpose. Even then mileage is not much improved.KGC -35 is the chassis of 4WD passo and that is normally mentioned while bidding in the auction.

Yes. I normally push hard paddle. This is the average of city driving. On motorway, i manage to get around 13.5 to 14 at 100 to 110 km/h.
Some body told me that 4wd only active till a certain speed and on high speeds u will get the same mileage as 2wd.is it true
Yes, i have also heard this. But in traffic jams with AC, it definitely affects fuel economy.

I have kept pk wagon R for 2 years and then shifted to 2014 facelift Passo. I drive with a very light foot. Wagon R used to give me around 14-15 with AC and 16-17 without AC on local driving within Rawalpindi. Passo is giving me around 17-18 with AC and 19-20kmpl without AC in local driving within Rwp. Passo is a 100 times better car than wagon R.Note: these average figures have been achieved with hypermiling.
Passo is way better car than Wagon R.Giving me 16-17km/ltr with in city with AC and arounf 23 on motorway with AC and speed 100 to 110 km/hr.Use company recommend oil grade and tyre pressure. Hi octane fuel.Road clearance is much better than many other Japanese cars.

Passo is surely a deal for some1 looking for a car in 1.3 to 1.5 M Range.
