If it is:
Fuel Filter: When you floor the pedal, engine will feel like chocked of fuel supply. But if you gently keep going, it will keep going to high speed. You mentioned that engine revs but there is no relative acceleration. If there is fuel filter issue, engine will almost die on full throttle. Also considering the age of your car, it is less likely to occur so soon.
Clutch plate: We are dealing with CVT here, if anything is a miss with transmission, you will start to notice slippage. Like you are on old bicycle and chain slips 1 or 2 points and then lock itself again with pedal. You also have seen old motorcycles do the same (garari set nya dalay ga janab). Toyota's CVT is very good and resilient, it can not die this soon unless car is being super abused.
Now, I don't know if there is dip stick for transmission oil in 2014 model, if there is, you can check the quantity and color of the oil yourself. For Fuel filter, it gets pretty obvious when the change is required.
We know that fuel currently sold in the country is worst than before (so much for RON upgrade), and these cars are sensitive to the fuel a lot, since they have complex mechanisms to process emissions inside the system as much as it can to "save the environment". So if something is coming in to the catalytic converter which it can't handle, starts to accumulate inside and it doesn't go anywhere.
If you are in ISB/LHR/KHI you might be able to find some sophisticated mechanic who clean it up with chemicals and equipment, but in other cities you are going to get "tezab treatment" for it.
Hope it helps.
