I have get it checked to another experienced ac mechanic and he said everything seems fine but cooling is not as it should be, he said there could be problem witg with some valve connected to evaporator,. Should i go for valve change? It will coat about 1000 for valve, 2000 for gas charges plus some labor charges.

I think passo 2014 onwards uses CVT-FE, not CVT-TC. please make sure you use the correct oil.

Yeah u maybe right as there are some minor changes in facelift. My point was to use whatever is in the manual and nothing else
