My car occasionally gives "CAT converter bank 1 efficiency below threshold" error and I reset it everytime without any action.
However, sluggish behavior at low rpm and low fuel economy are also the problems with my car. So, probably its CAT converter in your case too. For cleaning, use only caustic instead of any acid. Check your both sensors too.

Done everything as per OEM except for clean throttle. Had a bad experience of throttle cleaning (killed my 02 sensor in Vitz)

i guess if engine is well maintained then ODO reading doesnt matter..my passo 2015 has reached 80k km ..m using 0W-20 and its going very well mashaAllah

vitz has better suspension than passo and weight of vitz is more than passo which makes passo faster in initial acceleration but on high speeds passo is not that stable as vitz.

passo is sluggish with AC on and in Eco mode
12 avg in which city ? if its in lhr or khi its ok
people from isb get 14-16 because of no traffic and lesser signals
anyways u can try proficar cat converter cleaner as well to clear the doubt out

which brand oil u r using in 0w20?

not advisable to be used frequently
chemicals inside are harsh i believe
i would give 20,000 km gap

Mine imported by myself 13400kms driven and now at 27000kms... 2 oil changes.... 0W-20 from day 1.... 3rd change is due at 28000kms.... They say to run it till 8000kms but i bench marked it 5k kms ...

Problem isnt just average.

I notice sluggishness in low rpm (Eco light on and esp with AC) which I did not have in Vitz (2014 FL). Vitz is a heavier car. Car otherwise feels quicker than Vitz when going hard

Also I just got the car and its locally used so I prefer checking everything.

So il do three things

1. Check Catalytic. Will decide using Profic cleaner or getting it cleaned from someone. Where do u get proficar cleaner?
2. Check brakes in case theres some jamming. Noticed sluggishness increase with duration of drive.
3. Anything to check/replace on AC? Obviously car takes load on AC. But would prefer to be sure that its normal

Im getting 11.5 nowadays in ISB. In the same conditions i have gotten 14-15. Depends on how you drive

Does anyone knows any knowledgable and patient electrician in rwp/isb who can invest time in diagnosing an issue.

I have a 2007 model passo. Recently I had its ABS unit changed due to a fault. Accidentally discovered that when ABS was disconnected (wire plugs taken off), car was driving much much better. Both response and steering felt a lot of difference. Specially with AC car was working much better. Average also increased. After new ABS was installed performance again degraded.

So as a test, I took off ABS plugs again last week and car has been so much fun to drive. Now some experts are saying that car is in LIMP mode. But why is car not performing same when all things are connected and checklight is off.

PS - The only downside is that ABS doesn't work (wink) and speedometer and milometer doesn't work as they are controlled from ABS.
