hmm ... good advise, that was my main concern as well that if the mechanic will touch the wires than I may have to friend him for life as I would be visiting him often.
Ok lets stick to the 1KR car came with, rather I am planning to go back to the original ac compressor. this much hassle is not worth little bit more cooling while idling.
I am surprised that vitz can go uphill with ac on, because even with the original compressor it was not easy for my car to go uphill, I mean i had to put it in S or L2 sometimes. but with the new duet compressor in I actually have to turn the ac off to go up steep hill with 4 ppl in the car.
the car is not decreasing oil or causing any other funny affects, coolant is toyota premix, plugs are Denso VKH20 not more than 10k used, oil is Zic 5w-20 and Cat i had washed 6 months ago. what else can I do to get more power from the car. It is responsive during normal use but not so good going uphill
