Brother I have no idea, as I have not driven a 2008 model Passo car, and do not know about its details much.
Let its owners / experts guide you best in this regard.
Are you sure? And if YES, then how are you sure?
How did you check and verify that its not CVT? If its not CVT, then is it AT, etc.?
Either 10w-30 from Caltex / Havoline (preferable), or 10w-40 by ZIC.
Both are value to money oils in their respective leagues and grades.
Anyone here who has disabled eco-idling? I have a 2015 Passo and would like to know how to keep it turned off without having to push the button every time the car starts.
Thanks!
Passo 2004-2009 are non CVT....wit at transmission...atf t-IV oil and after 2009 onwards it's CVT needs CVT-tc or CVT-tf
AOA. Can anyone kindly let me know which variant of 2nd gen passo consists of side mirror indicator?
Plus hana variant of 2nd gen passo consists of side mirror indicator and you can install the indicator side mirror
Engine oil changed to zic 10w-40 now what about transmission oil and brake oil? please recommend me.thank you.
If your car is equipped with CVT, then Toyota Genuine CVTF-TC (or FE) would suffice, and if you are tight on budget, then you may also look for Caltex / Havoline CVTF, with details as follows:
https://www.caltex.com/pk/motorists/products/havoline-fully-synthetic-cvt-fluid.havoline-cars.transmission-fluids.html
It meets / exceeds the requirements of both Toyota Genuine CVTF-TC and FE, and comes at almost half the price.
For brake fluid, you can use DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5.1 from any reputed, but International brand, like Toyota, Seiken, Caltex / Havoline, etc.
Local brands like Guard, etc. may be avoided.
I hope, all above helps. Thank you.
