Thanks dear, I was getting about 8-9 km/lit in local and 13-14km/lit on high way in my Altis, same was the case with vitz in local, but on high way it was alwaays giving me 17 plus. The Only reason i will be opting for Passo if it has good fuel economy than viz, Ohter wise i think vitz is overall better than Passo. Now a days Passo and Vitz are selling at almost same price. As i am getting older now so am also give 1st prefrence to Comfort level.
I am also considering Civic Rebirth 2015-2016 . I know civic is totally different car as compared to this hatch back family. But i mostly use car alone, yes i have family and some time diggi wali car has its own advantage.

AC performance of Vitz is much much better than Passo. Passo ka AC mazay ka nai hai (as far as my experience with Passo 2013 model is concerned).

Once someone told me that Passo AC has got small compressor (or Condenser?), like that in 660 cc cars. Vitz has larger one.

Passo has better fuel efficiency than Vitz, provided you are comparing similar model year cars and similar condition cars.

It seems difficult. I do not think that it is the case. Vitz is expensive than Passo.

i had some experience with my Passo AC i think it's performance is good my car has leather sofa seats still in hot summer my car cabin chilled with in 5 minutes ...but if parked my car in direct sunlight in hot summer day than it will definitely take time like 10 to 15 minutes i am satisfied with my car AC.

By installing spacers / packing (highly not recommended), installing larger springs (not recommended), passing over the speed breakers in zig-zag / cross pattern (recommended), or, installing comparatively bigger tyres, but not necessarily wider tyres (like if size is 165/65/R14, you may switch to 165/70/R14, OR 175/70/R14, etc.), but also check that they do not rub against the car's body, wheels arches, or fenders, especially while turning left or right.

Regarding engine oil, please tell what is the engine health? Do you observe any oil consumption issues or smoke from the exhaust? Which oil are you currently using? The brand, grade, etc.?

Regarding CVTF, I think Toyota Genuine CVTF-TC would be suited for your ride.

If you would like to go on budget, then buy Caltex CVTF as per details mentioned on https://www.caltex.com/pk/motorists/products/havoline-fully-synthetic-cvt-fluid.havoline-cars.transmission-fluids.html It meets / exceeds Toyota genuine CVTF requirements, and come at almost half the price.

I checked following link and found that Vitz has slightly better ground clearance than Passo (140 mm VS 135 mm):

I compared Vitz 2015 VS Passo 2013, as I have owned these 02 in the past, and to me, based on my observation, it seems that suspension of Vitz is hard when compared to Passo. Passo has soft suspension, and accordingly, it shocks / springs press more compared to Vitz.

I once traveled with 05 persons on board in Passo, on almost stock tyre size and without any spacers, packing, etc. and it hit almost every speed breaker. On Vitz, situation was different and marginally better.

Please confirm that whether your car is CVT or AT? etc.

Choose transmission fluid accordingly, and do not put ATF in CVTF, or CVTF in ATF. It may ruin the transmission.

YES. I too can affirm that drive of Passo is quite smooth, and it can easily travel on steep slopes, with 04-05 persons aboard, without any issues, lag, etc.

i checked it again my car do not have CVT transmission engine is good condition as there is no smoke from the exhaust so now what are the recommended oil grades ?
