Salam, I read your post and thought to response you as i own Passo 2019 XLS 2WD. My 2WD gives an avg of 24km/ltr on motorway without AC, 20km/ltr in city without AC. It gives 20km/ltr on motorway with AC and 15km/ltr in city with AC. Apart from this there are many factors impacting your fuel average.

I have two issues for which I need help.

1. One of my colleagues have Passo 2015 and he is experiencing issue with one of the sensors. He has got it checked by multiple people in Lahore but none could help. The issue is that the error appears and disappears without doing anything but it appears to be annoying. I have attached the image below and need help from whom can we get it checked and help with a permanent solution.

2. My own car Passo Moda 2017 fuel avg. has dropped a lot and need help on how to get this fixed. Note that the oil change was done recently and I believe the spark plugs are in good shape as well. Again, who do you guys recommend in Lahore to fix this issue?

For #2, I think there is something really wrong with the fuel that is being sold at the moment. I don't think it is the problem with your car specifically.

I am assuming you have the same issue with fuel?
Couple of months ago the fuel avg. was around 16.5 but it dropped to 14 and no to 13.5 just recently.

for issue number one, can you refer a mechanic who has good years of experience dealing with such issues?

Assalamoalaikum. Any passo 1.3 owner here? Actually I have swapped k3 1300cc engine in my passo 2006. I have a query regarding ac compressor. Previously I was using toyota duet compressor with my ac. Now when I have done engine swap, the mechanic says that the old duet compressor is better than the k3 engine's own compressor. So I want advice whether I should install the old duet compressor or the genuine k3 engine compressor for better results regarding ac

Hey guys anyone did a front bumper swap on a KGC30 Passo?

Basically, I want to swap out the bumper with the corresponding Hanna edition that has fogs. I wanted to know if it is a bolt on swap without changing my headlights.

The model year that I want to swap with is 2010-2012. Mine is a 2013 but shape changed in 2014. Thanks!

I have Passo 1.0 (Black), Model 2012 and registration of 2015.

I have been using the car since 2019 as 2nd owner and meter reading of my car is 108,000 Kms.

Initially, the fuel average of car was 14-15 km/l within city (While in Islamabad) but now the average has dropped to 11-12 km/l (In Karachi-Multan).

I have recently changed the Transmission Oil (Genuine Toyota CVT-FE) and got new tyres aswell. I'm using the engine oil (Guard API- 5W 20). Recently got the tuning done as well but average is not improving.

Someone suggested me to change the Engine Oil to Liqui Molly 0W-20.

If anyone can suggest/ recommend any solution regarding the Engine Oil choice and fuel average.

Honestly speaking, i didnt like Passo because of its small interior, bhai ye saabu daani hain. Wese ek bt ache hai iski, we dont have to wait for a bigger car to give us track, ye khud nikal jati hai from small spaces.

When we use to change car oil (good quality), the shopkeeper tells us to change it in after 5,000km or within 6 months. I translated (attached) the sticker pasted on car engine and it says change oil after 15,000km or after 1 year (whichever comes first).

Are these oil companies or dealers fooling us and forced us to change it at least twice a year???

My passo is having abs problem. Whenever i apply emergency brake, the abs kicks in and then pedal looses pressure and it sinks to bottom on applying brake. To rectify it i have to again apply emergency brake for abs to kick in and then pressure comes back and brake behaves normally.
What can be the problem?

check you break oil and break pads

Abs accumulator is leaking get the abs unit replaced asap.

It's not that expensive but can yeild greater loses if brakes fails
