Yes overhaul is a better option.
The difference is 2sz came in vitz/platz geniune whereas 2nz is corolla,s xli/gli engine.2sz seems better as it came geniune in this model.And if u r satisfied with 1sz performance then overhaul is good option but if u feel like it's underpowered then swapping 1.3 is better.

Pick will improve but u have to make sure engine,s healthy.Don,t know about price.

Well 2sz will be better choice as it will be easier to install.I don't know what type of alterations will it require since it isn't geniune engine for this car

what about 1nzfe which also came genioun in this model and very very rare i seen ever 2nd gen vitz swaped with 1nz
I think the 1.5 vitz has 1nz.1nz will be even better as it produces more power and fuel average will be same as 2nz.
yup its the best choice as it has more parts suport compared to 2szfe and moderen engine as well i guess toyota yaris also has same engine
