Toyota Prius 1.8 (Hybrid system check)

Hi,
I have Prius 2010,1.8.I have got the error "Hybrid system check" along with yellow hazard sign,car with path sign, check alarm and ABS

.Please see the error snapshot.The charging and discharging looks fine and the car is giving 22 km Avg.
I have reset by disconnecting the normal battery connectors but the error appeared again after some days.I have connected the scanner also it is giving the battery error.

Anyone faced the same issue please guide.What will the proper resolution of the issue.

Probably an issue with the hybrid battery pack.
Which city are you located in?

Take your car to Nazir Autos for a checkup or get someone to scan the code with an OBD-2 tool.

Having the same problem with my 1.8 2010 prius.
After getting it checked i found out that its hybrid battery pack has lived its life and needs to be replaced. Now i am quite unsure as to where i will find one

I have approached Nazir Autos.Scanned with the tool.Only alarm is related to the battery bank.
They are saying they have stopped working on the battery issues related to hybrid cars.

Can you please mention where can i check the battery bank.

Yes.this was the only alarm.

You have faulty cells in the battery pack.
If you can take this car to Lahore I shall refer you to a person where this issue will be completely resolved Inn Shaa Allah.

Someone saying the above issue is not for battery even if you have P0A80 on scanner.Its the water body issue.Any experience?

P0A80 specifically stands for “Replace Hybrid Battery”.

Aoa...my car is also having P0A80 error...its just 60 thousand km driver 2013 prius...when ever the code is reset it works totally fine for a weekor two but again gives the error...average is 22 to 24 km...any guidence what to do ? Should whole of battery pack b replaced ? Any reliable mechanic in lahore ?

Any contact number ? Is there any other posibility dat this error occurs due to some other issue???? Cuz every one i checked with just scans it and says replace the battery...they do nothing else...and the point data bothering me is dat how can a car gives u 20 to 24 km average with ac after reseting the error if the battery is farigh??? This sam guy is an expert in it or just he also follows the scan thing ?just asking hope u wont mind
