No w20 is not a recommendation for 50 degrees. The recommendations are per Japanese weather ane climates. In Pakistani u reach higher temperatures and the oil will burn sooner. However 5k change will be alright

People in pakistan compromise and saves few thousand rs by purchasing cheap oils and few years later their vehicles engines slap them in their faces......

Brother i could not find the user manual for vitz anywhere, however i found manual for 2017 yaris hatchback and it says 5w-30 is most suitable. Do u know where i could get the latest manual for vitz?
