what is the volume of oil consumption?

800- 1500 ml per 5000 kms is normal for SZ & KR series FE engines

Approx 6 ltrs were consumed during 4250 km trip. Whereas, car was topped up with 3.2 ltr a day before leaving. Upon arrival it might have lets say 1.2 ltr remaining. So in this way 8 ltrs total.
Moreover, this car had been to tour alot but never had decreased oil, this is now what i am facing.

any chance there is smoke puff at cold start ??
perform a compression test wet & dry reading shall not be below 160 psi. Black smoke at random throttle is bad valves valve seals, oil leaking through valve. You may need new valve & dabbos,

rebuild the complete engine if reading is under 160.

I think there is no smoke puff in cold start, a little cold start smoke was in naran but gone after seconds. Causing due to cold weather i assume.
And to be specific which valve? A month back it was leaking from gear oil seal and engine oil seal, both replace so now no leakage from there.
Also, if you are from karachi do you know who could rebuild. I understand the reading below is 160psi is not good, any criteria for higher reading or we can go at any range higher?

Capsat Bro , Any suggestion for Overhauling Mechanic for these Engine 2nzfe and others. Any Reliable person who charge Feasible amount and good in Service too and knows what he is doing. i have 2 3 people but i am not sure if they can Overhual my Engine if i needed.

Bro i heard Alot of tappet noise. on light Engine grade, VVTI Tensioner is gone i guess, timing chain is bad too. low fuel milage issue sometimes. Comrpession is bad. no sign of Smoke or Crank Sound but these valves are weak i guess, Engine blowby is more which should be less, the Rings are not 100% Sealed in between Cylinder and Piston. so when it will open i will see what things needed in replacement

I have same engine in 2015 model that is only 73K Driven car, that dont have any single Sound in engine is like Sun engine.

Have u tried 10w40 maybe noise will reduce it's cheaper than rebuilding engine.

Yes i did it, but i moved to 20w50 then. on 20w50 its working fine, no eating engine oil or anything

When engine is used on thick oil for long time it will do that.In your case shift to 10w40 and check for above issues u mentioned.

Bro i used 1040 when bought car, it cosumes around 700 ML during 100 KM the mEchanic told me this, i dont bleieve him but i moved to 2050 but i will epxeriment 1040 in next round for sure
