there is no tech bulletin yet as the problem happens later on in life. The noise is only momentary though. Ive seen engines running for 100,000 miles with that noise. If at any time the engine is making baby rattle noises while running warmed up with its correct oil lube viscosity (in this case its 5w30) - then you have an issue.
People in Pakistan just shove 20w50 in it and want "quiet engine" - no matter if its running like trash and guzzling fuel.
anyway - toyota are quite famous for this sort of support, their entire run of the 2AZ engine is faulty, earlier ones have faulty cylinder blocks and later ones have bad rings on pistons - they only rebuilt engines of customers who were original owners and used dealer to service their cars.

7AFE and early 1ZZ-FE had similar issues with oil control rings and toyota did nothing abt it. They know their customers wont argue because "toita - toita aye"
