Most of K series CVT has the same design.

Oil pan at the bottom with the same drain plug and overfill tube. You would have to find a Japanese OEM manual for it and in the past I've seen videos of japs doing it .

well,dats gud to know u brought it from i9 toyota 3s. i also end up buying from dealerships when i get a client for such work,cant trust gawalmandi and saddar.

almost all new toyotas globally require this procedure, and its not limited to toyota either. A lot of manufacturers are doing it this way now.

I believe Toyota CVTF-FE.

which brand is best

Obviously Toyota, but in aftermarket, Caltex CVTF is also Great!

Meets / exceeds Toyota CVTF-FE requirements, value to money at almost half the price.

Just ensure that whichever product / brand you are buying is 100% genuine and original, and meets / exceeds OEM requirements.

Please ALWAYS check your User Manual and/or Dipstick (if there is one) or in engine bay and/or nut on fill port- and multiconfirm that is the CVT Fluid! My guess is it would be CVTF - TC (but please confirm). People I have found not bothering much between TC or FE even the sellers say no issue!

Every car engine and CVT will have some difference and thus there will be some change in procedure - so make sure that you follow correct procedure

Sorry it is CVT FE.. not TC. It was written by mistake.. my car model is 2012 Dec ..Odo
Reading as 89k.

Procedure of change of CVT fluid and cleaning of inner parts like filter and pan as with the passage of time debri collects there and if only fluid is changed then this debri will remain there

Get ready for something big ! This is the worst way of changing a Gear oil and specially of a CVT.
