Try another brand like Shell or Caltex oil, Toyota local oil is low quality oil.
i dont think so, as i have seen on the packing the toyota oil is being blended by idemitsu which is quite authentic and oil is good.
I just checked the Oil is still in good condition, (almost golden condition) and the dipstick showed in between the two dots. Should I go for changing the piston rings? as there is slight smoke on hard acceleration.

If it gets there just top up. 1 to 2 litres top up over the course of 5 or 6k kms is normal. Dont listen to ustads asking u to overhaul. If the car runs fine and attain top speed then just topup.
But what about smoke? I think his car is consuming excessive oil
If your engine actually is failing, better to replace it than overhaul it. As per my knowledge these 3 cylinders are bettwr replaced than fixed.
Car is running smooth, and attaining top speed, and the dip stick is showing half at 2800 KM. I am just worried about the smoke that too is on hard acceleration. Average is good almost 11 in city with AC.
Keep running it and just top up oil

Just do compression test from Jameel autos and share readings here to find out the condition of Engine
brother just get the oil topped up to the required level and use the car.
oil reduction is not an issue with these engines as written in the car manual.

Brother sound would not be audible enough in a vid however it’s like knocking dhar dhar
brother engine knocking cant be the case in idle. usually engines dont knock in idle.
if u r feeling vibration during idling than its foundation issue and changing it will resolve it.
