They used different cars for with and without VSC.

Plus the extra height in PKDM model makes it more vulnerable to go Coo-Coo if VSC wasn't there.

We could have regretted if it lacked VSC, since all variants have it... I think there is no point discussing it would be dangerous to drive without it...

I just called the toyota showroom rawal motors in rawalpindi to confirm about the bridgestone tyre. The guy on the phone said that yes there are only few pieces of ATIV X 1.5 (highest variant), which are provided with bridgestone.
he said some cars are coming with and some without bridgestone tyres. he said they might have some extra bridgestone tyres so they want to get rid of them.
I asked him that are there any charges if i want my yaris with bridgestone tyres, he said NO, its your luck may be you will get the car with bridgestone tyres or as usual General tyres.
I am literally shocked! Such a big company and still they doing thiswith people's hard earned money.
The showroom guy confirmed that he delivered a yaris with bridgestone tyres few days ago.

so guys, its just random, you just have to pray for the bridgestone tyres or else general per he guzara krna paray ga!

This happens around the world dont get worried to much. Its just that general tires is the only company making tires locally. So assemblers have to keep a extra supplier just in case.

Mercedes, Audi, BMW all over the world companies do this. You can see some BMW with continental tires some with Bridgestone tires.

SWIFT DX and DLX had same size but DX got Yokohama and DLX got Bridgestone. Now DLX comes with Yokohamas

PS Swift and Yaris have the same tire size.

Guys I agree that looks of Yaris in present scenario r not impressive as feel incomplete .
So my suggestion is that its looks will be complete with body kit side skirts defuser spoiler. N will look like pretty car.

I think, it would decent/nice if modifications are made up to a limit.
Adding all after market accessories will made it a little "Over". Car in pics always looks different as compared to looking in real.

I agree that modifications may be within limits . But I assure u with side skirts n spoiler the looks of Yaris will be complete. I modified grande 15 to facelift n know about modification in cosmetic changes a bit . But it s only for shoqeen n tasteful ppl who have extra time with some money range within 20k to improvise the looks of the car.

Good news for Yaris

Just received my Yaris Ativ X 1.5 CVT and it came with Bridgestone Ecopia EP150 tyres preinstalled instead of BG Trako Plus. All new deliveries will have these tyres.

Did you get it undercoated or is it black from factory? im not sure but the cars ive seen earlier were not painted black from the bottom,

Who would want to put a body kit on a car with such huge wheel arch gaps? Will look hideous

Also body kits never look good with stock wheel offsets.

Lower it instead and it will look good.
