Which car have you driven that did not have this issue? In my experience, if you have a big enough pothole or khaddha, it is inevitable that it'll cause the car's steering to twitch a little. This is true for almost all FWD cars I've driven. It will sometimes happen on RWD and AWD cars too, but it is a lot rarer.

My car clutch fork is giving sound, toyota said they would need to open the gear box to diagnose the issue.
Car is only 2800km driven.
What should i do? Should i let them open the clutch area?
I have visited them twice and they just put the grease but after 2days this sound reappear.

Your car is under warranty so it would be best to let the dealership handle it. But make sure they ask you and get your approval before taking any remedial measures.

I drove reborn, rebirth and city 2018 and now Yaris, trust me toyota's drive is very different I mean much more comfortable and feels like driving a car. Although honda never gives me such feelings.

Don't know but from what I have heard people say Civic (specially reborn) comfort is a class of its own and none in Pak market can compete it

My car steering makes a tick sound whenever i move it after couple of minutes. Even during driving, if i dont move steering for couple of minutes i hear sound like something is holding the steering

I booked on 28th May, 1.5 ATIV X Grey - I am also waiting, with "order in process". As per dealership, there were ready stocks for common colours like super white and those people got their cars early while less common colours are late but will be delivered in the month they committed

Bas may be the grey is culprit here

If the sound is coming from the tire area it could by CV joints and may need replacement. How much is the car driven? Check near the tire and see if the CV joint boots are cracked. When the boot cracks the CV joints can soon become faulty as grease/lubrication is gone and dirt gets inside the CV joints to damage it.

Eid Holidays coming up. So Toyota would either try to deliver cars till 16 July or do it 26 July and on-wards. Also locations other than Karachi takes longer.

Very low mileage then. In that case the boot can only be damaged if hit by something on the road or track? Could be come minor issue with the steering itself. Either way have it inspected at dealership or by your trusted mechanic.
Have you replaced stock tires with bigger ones? That can also be a reason.
