Sir,
Since many years now ... Cars pre-run aati hain.. no need for run-in period. Some people still do running for additional safety.
Secondly the road to Naran is pretty flat and unless you plan to visit babusar on your car there aren't any extremely steep climbs till Naran ... It's a very gradual ascent .. So minimal load on the engine...if you know how to drive in hilly areas.
OFF TOPIC BUT CRITICAL:
I would strongly advise You and all other pakwheelers to avoid tourist spots at allt costs due to very high risk of contracting COVID.
Mind you, you can still contract COVID post vaccination and Delta variant has a very high breakthrough infection rate.
Just to give you an idea; about a month ago the positivity rates were hovering around 2-2.5%. Latest figures are hovering around 28-30% positivity rate for all popular tourist spots.
We have sadly entered the 4th wave due to complete disregard of SOPs by general population thinking that pandemic is over.
Please follow SOPs and kindly postpone all recreational activities/Cinema/restaurant/non-essential super markets visits till the current wave peaks off. We have witnessed a three fold increase in COVID19 cases over last 10 days or so.
Please pay heed to NCOC warnings; Stay safe and keep others safe. We are at a serious risk of ending up in a similar situation (what India went through) due to rapid and wide spread increase in Delta & Delta+ variants.
