Sir... I have heard that stock tyres are just fine...
Alhamdollilalh..Took delivery today.. just around 4 pm
... in reality tyres don't look as small as they appear in brochures. May be I need new pair of glasses.
My initial feedback...
ATIV X 1.5 CVT
ECO mode is $%#%##.. absolutely unbearable throttle response...
Normal Mode is fine with acceptable throttle response.
Sport Mode is nice and feels like 1.5...
The rubberband effect of CVT is very noticeable.
The Cabin is ultra silent. Very nice cabin insulation.
Overall build quality is quite good.
Seats are extra comfortable but lumbar support could be better. I needed a lumbar cushion ( PS. I have back issues)
I miss seat height adjustment.
Adjusting the steering at a lower level completely obscures the top of speedometer.. (Am 5 - 11).
Steering isn't buttery smooth... there is certain level of strange resistance which can be felt... WagonR steering was much smoother.
Turning radius is very good.
Suspension is as always.. excellent.. My commute from dealership to home has a few pot holes ... bumps... nothing gets through in the cabin.
I hit 100km/hr accidently... it seemed like I was just cruising at 40km/hr. Even at that speed RPM was barely above 2K.
The speedometer looks very nice. The MID looks specially good amd is quite informative.
Arm rest na hi daitay to acha tha.. it can be called anything but an arm rest... its way too awkwardly placed.
AC is fine..Cooling is good but today ambient temperature was just 32C so can't really comment on its performance in scorching heat.
Transmission is very smooth. The gear handle glides smoothly in various positions.
Brakes are good. Acceleration has a slight lag to it in ECO Mode.. its especially and irritatingly noticeable.
Capacitive touch screen is good with good touch response and no lag.. Sound quality is very good.
Back view camera has a good frame rate but ok-ish picture quality.
Rear view is quite limited.
Side view mirrors are nice ... should have been retractable...I have a tight parking spot... immediately felt that deficiency.
Steering controls, Indicator, Light handles, Climate Control buttons all are of good quality and look really nice..
Horn is plain pathetic.. seems like a toy cycle horn.
I am utterly grateful "Meray Piyaray Allah Mian" for blessing me so much and I pray that He continues to bless me to enjoy His unlimited blessings.
